2024 Workforce Impact Report

The 2024 Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program Impact Report showcases the significant progress and success of our program in training and empowering marginalized community members to become vital community health workers.

With a strong graduation rate of 80% and an almost 65% hiring rate post-graduation, this initiative has not only enhanced the personal and professional growth of participants but has made a lasting impact on advancing health equity in Multnomah County.

This program empowered participants to serve as trusted resources in their communities, obtaining stable long-term employment, addressing health disparities, and building bridges between underserved populations and healthcare providers.

Through this initiative, we are training a new generation of community health leaders while working toward a more equitable healthcare system that benefits everyone in our communities.
